I am the Chef/Owner of FIREFLY* Tapas Kitchen & Bar in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in April of 2013 our thriving restaurant had a catastrophic outbreak of salmonella.  We were so lucky to find Tim Moulson and TERM to help us retrain and retool our entire kitchen operation.
